Appalachian Home Services provides roofing services including storm damage restoration, metal roofing installation, gutter systems, and insurance claims assistance across East Tennessee and surrounding areas. Information presented on this Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.
Inspections and Estimates
Free roof inspections and estimates provided by Appalachian Home Services are non-binding. Final pricing, scope of work, and timelines are subject to change based on actual conditions found during the project. Any contract for services will be provided as a separate written agreement.
Insurance Claims Disclaimer
Appalachian Home Services assists homeowners with the insurance claims process as a courtesy. We are not a public adjuster, attorney, or insurance company. We do not guarantee claim approval, specific payout amounts, or claim outcomes. Insurance decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier.
It is illegal in the state of Tennessee for a roofing contractor to waive, absorb, or pay your insurance deductible. Appalachian Home Services will never ask you to waive your deductible and you should be wary of any contractor who offers to do so.
